Join Attorney Ghazey - Bates in a discussion of the new tax laws, especially concerning charitable giving.
Attorney Ghazey-Bates specializes in elder law, often meeting with both the elders and their children, assisting with financial planning and guidance to secure family assets in the event that an individual needs nursing home care.  Attorney Ghazey-Bates guides families through asset preservation strategies, provides guidance as to available care options, and assists in the preparation of benefit applications.
